Signing with Mozilla Firefox 50.0 or higher version

Dear customers,

The built-in electronic signature component in Mozilla Firefox version 50.0 has been removed, so the customers of internet banking DSK Direct using certificate issued by the Bank in combination with SMS code or signing with a Qualified electronic signature (QES) can’t send and sign payment operations.

If you wish to continue to use Mozilla Firefox, you need to:

1. Install add-on SignTextJS Plus from the official website of Mozilla Firefox. Before that you have to     remove the previous version of the add-on from the browser from menu “Add-ons” – “Extensions”, in case you have a previous version installed on your browser.
2. After installing the add-on, you need to restart your browser. Now you can sign transfers with digital certificate, issued by the Bank and QES.

In case that the add-on can’t be installed, or after you installed the add-on you can’t sign payment orders, you need first to disable the automatic update of your browser and then to install version 46, 47 or 49.0.1 following the instructions:

1. Disable the automatic update of your browser from menu “Tools” – “Options” – “Advanced” – “Update” – mark “Check for updates, but let me choose whether to install them”;
2. Download version 46, 47 or 49.0.1 from the official website of Mozilla Firefox.
3. For operating systems Windows, MacOS X and Linux you need to install add-on SignTextJS from the official website of Mozilla Firefox.
4. After the installation of the add-on, you have to restart your browser.

Customers, using Token device, issued by DSK Bank can sign regardless of the browser and its settings.
