Emerging cases of attempted fraud

We would like to inform you about emerging cases of fraud attempts.
 
Customers of DSK Bank have received an email message on behalf of the Bank, containing an attachment, which requires entering personal data (email address, password and phone number).
 
We would like to remind you that the Bank will never ask for such information from customers.
 
Please be cautious and do not provide any sensitive data, concerning your user IDs for electronic banking.
 
We thank to the users who have shown resourcefulness and promptly informed us to warn our customers.
 
In such scams, we ask users to connect immediately with the Call Center of DSK Bank on 0700 10 375, short number *2375 (*BDSK) or email: call_center@dskbank.bg.
