Dear customers,

The following changes and restrictions for ordering transfers through DSK Direct and DSK Smart will be introduced due to the Christmas holidays and completion of the financial 2018 year:

1. Transfers to other bank accounts in BGN via BISERA and RINGS, ordered till 2.00 p.m. on 31.12.2018, will be received in the beneficiary bank on the same day, and transfers ordered after that - on 02.01.2019.

2. Transfers to other bank accounts in other foreign currency:

- ordered after 2.00 p.m. on 21.12.2018, will be processed on 27.12.2018

- ordered after 2.00 p.m. on 31.12.2018, will be processed on 02.01.2019

3. Transfers to DSK Bank accounts for amounts over 30 000 BGN, received:

- after 4.00 p.m. on 21.12.2018, will be processed on 27.12.2018

- after 4.00 p.m. on 31.12.2018, will be processed on 02.01.2019

4. Transfers to DSK Bank accounts for amounts below 30 000 BGN, received after 7.00 p.m. on 31.12.2018, will be processed on 02.01.2019.

5. Orders through the SEBRA will be accepted only until 27.12.2018 (inclusive)

6. The initiation of direct debit requests with recipient budget organizations that are subject to zeroing are processing till 27.12.2018 (inclusive).

7. After 4.30 p.m. on 27.12.2018, the service "Local Taxes and Fees" will be unavailable in DSK Direct. The same will be restored on 9.00 a.m. on 02.01.2019

8. During the Christmas holidays the Bank will work with a value date 27.12.2018.

9. During the New Year's Eve holidays, the Bank will work with a value date 02.01.2019.

10. During the period after 7.00 p.m. on 31.12.2018 till 02.01.2019 are possible disturbances in the functioning of these systems and services of DSK Bank: internet banking DSK Direct, mobile banking DSK Smart and DSK Business.
